Yes. Officers are inducted on your specific access control, ANPR and barrier systems and can operate visitor management software you already use.
Do you provide fire roll call support?
Yes. Because the gatehouse holds the live on-site record, our officers are usually the fastest route to an accurate roll call during an evacuation.
How much does a gatehouse officer cost?
Gatehouse cover is priced by the hours the gate is manned, and it often replaces a receptionist as well as a guard. We quote a fixed rate that holds through nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Can gatehouse officers manage deliveries and contractor sign-in?
Yes. Booking contractors in, checking vehicles, issuing passes and keeping the visitor log are part of the role, and that record is what stands up when somebody asks who was on site.
