How much do security guards cost in the UK?
Manned guarding is normally priced per officer hour, and the rate depends on shift pattern, site risk, location and whether cover is nights, weekends or continuous. Because the National Living Wage, holiday pay, pension and SIA licensing all sit inside that rate, any quote significantly below market usually means a corner is being cut somewhere. We give you a fixed, itemised price after a free site survey so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How quickly can Repulse UK deploy security officers?
For emergency cover we mobilise nationwide, typically within 90 minutes to a few hours depending on location and headcount required. Planned contracts are usually operational within 24 to 48 hours once vetting and site induction are complete.
Are all your security officers SIA licensed?
Yes. Every frontline officer holds a valid, in-date SIA licence, and we verify licence status before each deployment. All officers also complete BS7858 screening covering five years of employment and address history.
Do you cover the whole of the UK or just London and Essex?
We are headquartered in London and Essex and that is where our densest coverage sits, but we deliver nationwide. Multi-site clients are managed centrally with one account manager and one reporting standard across every location.
