A word on suspiciously cheap quotes
National Living Wage, holiday pay, employer's pension contributions, National Insurance, SIA licensing, insurance and vetting all sit inside an officer's hourly rate before a supplier makes a penny. When a quote comes in far below market, one of those is usually being skipped — and the liability lands with you, not the supplier.
Ask any supplier, including us, to itemise. It is the fastest way to see what you are actually buying.

How does the Price Match Guarantee work?
Send us the competitor quote, including the company name and contact details so we can verify it covers equivalent scope. We will review it promptly and either match it, beat it, or tell you honestly that the other quote is better value and why.
Why can quotes for the same job differ so much?
Usually scope, and occasionally corner-cutting. A cheaper rate can mean unlicensed officers, no BS7858 vetting, no insurance headroom, or a subcontractor you never meet. We itemise our quotes so you can compare like for like.
Do you charge more for nights, weekends or bank holidays?
Any uplift is stated in the original quote. What we do not do is present a low headline rate and then apply surprise premiums once you are committed.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. A consultant will visit your premises, or review plans and imagery for urgent cover, and produce a written risk assessment at no charge and with no obligation to proceed.
