CCTV monitoring and remote surveillance

Cameras only work when somebody is watching them. Our SIA accredited control room provides remote CCTV monitoring around the clock, from London out to sites across the UK, and deploys a response the moment something moves that should not.

What our CCTV monitoring actually covers

A survey before a single bracket

Qualified technicians assess sightlines, lighting and blind spots before a single bracket is fitted.

Live control room

Operators watch your cameras in real time, not just after the fact. Suspicious behaviour triggers an immediate response.

First-response deployment

Verified activation dispatches our mobile team or police, cutting false-alarm penalties and dead time.

Evidence-grade footage

Court-admissible recording that protects you against insurance claims and disputed liability.

How it works

  • Free site survey. A security consultant walks your premises, or reviews plans and imagery when you need cover today. No charge, no obligation.
  • Written risk assessment. You get a documented assessment of your actual weak points, not a list of everything we sell.
  • Fixed, itemised quote. One price, broken down, with no uplift for nights, weekends or bank holidays. What we quote is what you pay.
  • Vetted officers on site. BS7858 screened, SIA licensed officers inducted on your premises, with a named account manager from day one.

CCTV & Remote Monitoring questions

Do you monitor CCTV systems you did not install?

In most cases yes. If your system supports remote IP access and meets minimum image standards we can bring it onto our monitoring platform after a compatibility check.

What happens when your operators see an intruder?

Operators issue a live audio challenge where speakers are fitted, deploy our mobile response team, and escalate to police with a verified crime in progress, which carries a higher priority response.

How much does remote CCTV monitoring cost?

Monitoring is priced per camera and per hour covered, so a small site watched overnight costs very little next to a guard on the gate. We quote once a survey has confirmed what your cameras can actually see.

Can you monitor CCTV cameras I already have?

Usually yes. If the system supports remote access and the picture is good enough to identify a person rather than just a shape, we can connect to it. The survey tells you honestly when it is not.
