Guard tracking and patrol reporting

The uncomfortable truth about this industry is that plenty of clients pay for patrols that never happen. Our guard tracking system logs every officer by GPS, scans every NFC checkpoint, and sends you the report whether it flatters us or not.

What guard tracking actually proves

GPS-verified patrols

Live location logging proves officers are where they should be, when they should be there.

NFC checkpoint scanning

Physical tags around your site must be scanned in person. Remote check-in is impossible.

Reports that send themselves

Patrol logs, incident reports and photographs delivered to your inbox on your schedule.

Lone worker safety

Man-down alerts and welfare check-ins protect our officers as much as they protect your site.

How it works

  • Free site survey. A security consultant walks your premises, or reviews plans and imagery when you need cover today. No charge, no obligation.
  • Written risk assessment. You get a documented assessment of your actual weak points, not a list of everything we sell.
  • Fixed, itemised quote. One price, broken down, with no uplift for nights, weekends or bank holidays. What we quote is what you pay.
  • Vetted officers on site. BS7858 screened, SIA licensed officers inducted on your premises, with a named account manager from day one.

Guard Tracking & Reporting questions

Can I see patrol data in real time?

Yes. Contract clients receive access to a live dashboard showing current officer status, completed checkpoints and any open incidents.

What stops a guard from scanning checkpoints without patrolling?

NFC tags are physically mounted at dispersed points around the site and must be tapped in person. Combined with GPS timestamps, the pattern of a genuine patrol is easy to distinguish from a faked one.

Does guard tracking cost extra?

No. GPS logging and NFC checkpoint scanning are included on every contract, because a patrol you cannot verify is not worth selling in the first place.

What is actually in the patrol report?

Every checkpoint scanned, the time it was scanned, the route taken and anything the officer found, with photographs where they help. It reaches you whether it flatters us or not.
