Yes. Parcel logging, key management, amenity bookings and contractor coordination are standard parts of the role in most of our residential contracts.
Are officers trained for student welfare incidents?
Officers in student accommodation are briefed on safeguarding escalation routes, mental health awareness and your provider's specific incident procedure.
How much does a concierge service cost?
Concierge cover is priced by the hours the desk is staffed. Because one person covers reception, access control and security, it usually costs less than staffing those three roles separately.
Do concierge staff handle parcels and resident access?
Yes. Parcel handling, visitor sign-in, resident queries and out-of-hours access are all part of the role, alongside the security duties the building actually needs.
